Fabrication Services

JIT has a wide array of metal fabrication equipment with the experience and knowledge required to meet your project needs from start to finish. Here is a summary of the metal fabrication services we provide.

SHEAR 

We have a 48" wide shear capable of cutting material with additional capabilities on our laser to shear larger sizes. 

BANDSAW

Our precision bandsaw is capable of cutting tube and bar stock necessary for your project. 

FABRICATION CUTTING 

With our two Laser’s, having the latest in Fiber Optic technology, and Turret punch press, we can take the first step in transforming your idea to reality.

FORMING 

We boast the latest technology in bending parts as we can offline program. This allows us to minimize setup/cost. We also have different press brake sizes to fit your project needs. 

MILLING

Creating projects from blocks of material is an option as well. With our CAD programming abilities we can go from design to finished part. In addition our CNC Mills complement our Laser capabilities with the ability to add features to your sheet metal parts that are not possible on a laser. 

STAMP

Our 220 ton mechanical stamp has coil feed capability to fill your requirements. We can also design and manufacture a dye for your stamping needs. 

COUNTERSINK

Countersinking is a factor in many designs for rivet install or even for clearance applications. We are able to add these features into your design with precision.

SURFACE PREPARATION 

With sanding machines, grinders, grey wheels and a multitude of hand tools, JIT can take care of your finish preparation.

HARDWARE INSTALLATION 

Our hardware machinery has the ability to install many different types of hardware including nuts, studs, stand-offs, and more. Our turret press’ allow for multiple types of hardware to be installed in the same setup. We can also install Helicoil’s, Rivnuts and other misc hardware. 

RIVETING 

JIT can install rivets such as pop, solid and tubular. 

WELDING 

Our welding capabilities include tig, mig, stud welding and spot welding. We can weld/spot weld steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We also have AWS certifications for various types of welding. 

ASSEMBLY

We have the ability and space to assemble your product. 

FINISHING 

One stop accountability with many finishing partners in the area to fit your needs. We make sure the finish was done correctly and to the specifications you require.
